Beginning with a carpentry trade apprenticeship and progressing to a subcontractor of pole homes on a schedule of rates, I have learnt to consistently prioritise time, quality, and transparency in all my work leading projects or as a team member. Lifelong learning and experience has refined this approach. All jobs or projects follow a systems-based approach to ensure customer satisfaction.
